Questions
What size should a TikTok video be?
1080x1920 pixels (9:16) at 30 fps. TikTok asks for 1080p or higher for the Creator Rewards extra reward, and its upload specs go up to 4096 pixels a side, 23 to 60 fps and 4 GB. Uploads on TikTok.com can be up to 60 minutes long.
How long can a YouTube Short be?
Up to 3 minutes, and it has to be vertical or square: anything longer or horizontal posts as a regular video. A Short over 1 minute with any Content ID claim is blocked worldwide, so keep claimed music to Shorts under a minute.
What are the Instagram Reels specs?
Any shape from 1.91:1 to 9:16 (1080x1920 fills the screen), at least 30 fps and 720 pixels, up to 20 minutes long. Reels over 3 minutes aren't recommended to new audiences, and silent or low-resolution Reels are shown to fewer people.
How long can a video be on X?
2 minutes 20 seconds and 512 MB without Premium; up to 4 hours and 16 GB with it (1080p under 2 hours, 720p from 2 to 4). Videos of 60 seconds or less play on a loop.
What length and size work everywhere?
