Good to know

Are these tools free?

Yes. All three are free and need no account.

Is my video uploaded?

No. The safe zone checker and the video spec checker read your file right in your browser, and it never leaves your device. The caption counter counts as you type; your caption is only sent if you press Check, and the check doesn't keep it.

What size should a TikTok, Reels or Shorts video be?

A vertical 1080 x 1920 MP4 (9:16) at 30 fps with sound fits TikTok, Reels and Shorts as it is. Keep text and faces away from the top bar, the buttons on the right and the bottom third, where each app puts the caption.

What's the difference between these and a full FYProof check?

These check where things sit, how long they are and whether the file fits. A full FYProof check reads the video itself against each platform's own rules: what's shown, what's said, the words on screen, the caption and hashtags, with the moment and a plain fix for each.
