For agencies and brands

Check every client video before it goes live.

FYProof checks a video against the published rules of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Threads, TikTok, X and YouTube before it's posted. You see what could get it taken down, age-restricted, demonetized or shown to fewer people: the moment in the video, the rule behind it, and the fix. Built for teams that post other people's videos.

Who it's for

  • Social media managers

Check each client video before it goes up, and keep the report as a record of what was checked.

  • Small agencies

Many clients, many platforms. One report per video, with each platform's answer, the moment in the video and the fix.

  • Brands working with creators

Check creator and UGC videos before they're posted for you: a missing paid-partnership label, a promise the platform doesn't allow, another app's watermark.

What you get

FYProof is in an invite-only beta. Each part below says whether you can use it today or it comes with team plans, which aren't on sale yet.

  • In the beta now

Check client videos before they go up

Upload a video, pick where it will be posted, and get a report against the published rules of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Threads, TikTok, X and YouTube: the chance of trouble on each one, the moment in the video, the rule it comes from, and how to fix it.

  • In the beta now

    PDF reports to send

Download any finished report as a PDF to share with a client or a creator. In the beta, the PDF carries FYProof's name; your own logo comes with team workspaces.

  • Coming with team plans

    A workspace for your team

Invite your team by email as admins, members (they check videos) or viewers (they read reports). Everyone works on the same videos and reports.

  • Coming with team plans

    Client workspaces

One workspace for each client, with that client's videos and reports kept apart from the others. You can invite a client to read their own reports and PDFs, and nothing else.

  • Coming with team plans

    Branded PDF reports

Your team's PDFs show your logo, name and colour instead of ours, and a client's say who they were prepared for.

A sample branded report

Our example report on a made-up video, made into a PDF by the same code that makes yours, as a team's client would get it. Northwind Social is a made-up agency and Sample Client Co. a made-up client, and the PDF says so: your logo, name and colour go where theirs are.

Send us up to 3 of your clients' or creators' videos. We check each one against the platforms it's meant for and email you the reports as PDFs. It's free.

  1. Join the waitlist below with your work email. The form asks for nothing else.
  2. Then email up to 3 videos (links or files) to hello@fyproof.com from the same address, with the subject “Free audit request”, and tell us where each one will be posted.
  3. We check them and reply by email with the reports.

FYProof, its waitlist and the free audit are for people 18 or older who live in the United States.

Only send videos you're allowed to share with us. We check them the same way the app does, which means pictures and sound from them go to the companies on our subprocessors list, and we handle them as our Privacy Policy says.

What it isn't

  • Not an approval.Only the platforms decide what stays up and who sees it, and they keep how they rank videos private. A clean report doesn't promise a video will stay up or reach people.
  • It can't see your clients' accounts.Past strikes, the audience and an account's standing all play a part, and we don't see any of them.
  • It doesn't post for you.You read the report, fix what you choose, and post as you do today.
  • Client videos stay private.Other users can't see them; in a team, only its people can, by their role. We delete each video 72 hours after its check; the report stays until you delete it. In a team or client workspace we handle your clients' information for you, under our Data Processing Addendum.

This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Platforms keep the way they rank videos private and change their rules often, so use this as a guide before you post.
