Sponsored post without the Paid Partnership label
X may expect a label or a disclosure on the video.

What triggers it
A post that promotes a brand that paid you, gifted you the product, gives you affiliate commission or a discount code, or has you as an ambassador, posted without the Paid Partnership disclosure.
What X says
“Posts that are part of a Paid Partnership published as an organic Post must have the "Paid Partnership" disclosure on.”
We last checked this against X's page on .
How to fix it
Turn on Content Disclosure, then Paid Partnership, when posting. X says the label means you no longer have to write 'ad' or 'sponsored'; saying it in the video and caption anyway is extra cover for FTC or ASA rules, which X also requires you to follow.
Good to know
Look for discount codes, affiliate links, 'thanks to X for sending this', 'use my code', 'link in bio', brand shout-outs. The product or call to action must be clear without clicking a link. UK: own-brand posts by someone with a commercial interest (e.g. a director) also need a disclosure.
Can FYProof spot it?
A full check of your video looks for it in what's shown, what's said, the words on screen and the caption. What a check finds is an estimate, not a guarantee.
