What triggers it
Commercial content that contains profanity or obscene gestures, bullying or body-shaming, smoking or vaping, scare tactics to sell, false celebrity testimonials, fake Snapchat features or UI, or bait-and-switch links.
What Snapchat says
“Bullying or shaming. For example: commercial content related to fitness must not belittle anyone on the basis of body shape or size.”

Applies only to sponsored, gifted or self-promotional Snaps. Also: no use of Snapchat logos, Bitmoji art or app UI in a way that suggests Snap endorses it.
