What triggers it
Uncovered dead bodies without visible violence, needles piercing skin outside vaccination/tattoo/piercing/acupuncture, injured patients in visible pain, burning or exploding vehicles and violent crash aftermath, non-sport physical fights, human waste or bodily fluids (feces, vomit, pus, pimple-popping and other dermal extractions, blood), and fictional or photorealistic-fictional gore and violent deaths.
What Threads says
“Imagery depicting human waste and bodily fluids (e.g., feces, urine, vomit, earwax, mucus, byproduct of dermal extractions, or blood).”

How to fix it
Crop or blur the fluids or injuries, cut the fight, or accept that adults only will see it and it will not be recommended.
Good to know
Common examples: street fights, crash compilations, pimple-popping and skin-extraction videos, gross-out food challenges with vomit, horror skits with realistic gore. Combat sports in a sports setting do not count as fights.
