What triggers it
A reaction to someone else's video where your face is not visible throughout, you are not speaking (pointing or nodding doesn't count), the reaction is generic, or your audio is not clearly audible.
What Snapchat says
“Your face must be clearly visible throughout the duration of the video.”

Keep your face on screen throughout, talk about the specific clip, and mix your voice clearly above the source audio.
Good to know
Check that the reactor's face stays visible the whole time, that they speak about the clip specifically, and that their voice is not buried under the source audio. Generic reactions that could be placed on any video do not count.
