What triggers it
Shorts that are unedited clips of movies or TV, re-uploads of other creators' content from YouTube or other platforms, or compilations with no original content.
What YouTube says
“Non-original Shorts, such as unedited clips from others' movies or TV shows, reuploading other creators' content from YouTube or other platform, or compilations with no original content added”

How to fix it
Make the Short original or transformative: your own footage, voice or edit, exported without other apps' watermarks.
Good to know
A watermark with your own handle is a cross-post of your own work, not a re-upload. Views from Shorts that aren't advertiser-friendly, and artificial views, don't count either.
Can FYProof spot it?
A full check of your video looks for it in what's shown and the words on screen. What a check finds is an estimate, not a guarantee.
