What triggers it
Content that comes close to breaking the Community Guidelines without crossing the line, or harmful misinformation, e.g. phony miracle cures, flat-earth claims, or false claims about well-documented historic events.
What YouTube says
“brushes up against our policies, but doesn't quite cross the line”

How to fix it
Cite authoritative sources on screen, avoid conspiracy framing in the title and thumbnail, and present contested claims with context.
Good to know
Look for health cures, conspiracy framing, and claims that contradict well-established facts, especially in the title and thumbnail. Debunking, news reporting and clearly labelled opinion with context are not borderline.
Can FYProof spot it?
A full check of your video looks for it in what's said, the words on screen and the caption. What a check finds is an estimate, not a guarantee.
