What triggers it
Genitals, breasts or buttocks (clothed or not) shown for sexual gratification, sexual acts, sex-toy use, fetish content, or non-consensual or voyeuristic sexual imagery, in the video, thumbnail, title or description.

How to fix it
Cut the sexual segments. If the nudity is educational, medical or artistic, make that purpose clear in the video itself and blur focal nudity.
Good to know
Look for explicit nudity, sex acts (even simulated), sex toys, fetish framing and sexual audio. Does NOT count: breastfeeding, medical or sex-education content, documentary or art where nudity is not the focus and there is no intent to arouse (these may still be age-restricted).
