What triggers it
Selling firearms or listed accessories, or linking to retail sites, marketplaces or forums that sell them; instructions to make guns, ammo, high-capacity magazines, silencers or auto-conversion devices; installing those accessories; removing safety devices.
What YouTube says
“Provides instructions on how to remove certain firearm safety devices, such as a device that limits the release of a magazine.”
We last checked this against YouTube's page on .
How to fix it
Remove store links and codes, don't show manufacturing, conversion or safety-device removal, and never handle firearms on a live stream.
Good to know
Look for store links, 'DM to buy', prices for guns, receiver finishing, solvent-trap silencers, bump stocks and auto sears. Linking to review sites that don't sell is allowed. Live streams showing someone holding, handling or transporting a firearm are not allowed (not relevant to an uploaded video unless it is a live replay).
