Check a video freeWhat triggers it
Realistic AI-generated or meaningfully AI-altered content: a real person appearing to say or do something they didn't, altered footage of a real event or place, a realistic scene that never happened, or AI-generated music.
What YouTube says
“Creators who consistently choose not to disclose this information may be subject to manual application of a label, or penalties from YouTube, including removal of content or suspension from the YouTube Partner Program.”
How to fix it
Set 'AI use' (altered or synthetic content) to Yes in YouTube Studio at upload.
Good to know
Does NOT need disclosure: clearly unrealistic or animated content, beauty or colour filters, background blur, AI help with scripts, titles, thumbnails or captions, upscaling, cloning your own voice for dubs, gameplay footage.
