Remove method details and imagery. Keep the story about recovery and add a helpline.
Good to know
Watch for visible wounds or scars shown as self-harm content, method names with detail, 'how to' content, statements of intent ('tonight I'm going to...'). Does NOT count: hopeful recovery stories with no method mentioned, prevention info and helplines, debunking hoaxes. Euphemisms ('unalive') do not change the outcome; the context does.
