What triggers it
Visible genitals, anus or close-up buttocks, uncovered female nipples, or explicit, implicit or impending sexual activity (intercourse or oral sex even when the contact is hidden, stimulation, erections, sex toys in use). Applies to real footage, AI/CGI and digital imagery whether or not it looks photorealistic, and to extended audio of sexual activity.

How to fix it
Cut the frames or crop them out. Covering nudity with an overlay or object only lowers it to 18+ (near nudity), and genitals under a digital overlay are still removed. For breastfeeding, medical or protest content, say so clearly in the caption and voiceover.
Good to know
Check every frame including the first frame and cover. Pixelation, emoji stickers or blur that leave the shape visible still count. Implicit or impending sex (positions showing intercourse or oral sex with the contact out of view) is removed, not just age-gated. Not removed: female nipples while breastfeeding or in a protest (allowed); nudity in a medical or health context such as birth, self-exams or mastectomy (label or 18+); real-world art (18+). Satire may be allowed 18+ with a label. Does not count: swimwear or underwear with nothing exposed.
