What triggers it
Title, thumbnail, description or imagery that tricks viewers into clicking on something the video does not contain, e.g. a 'full match' that is only a clip, or a person, event or claim in the thumbnail that never appears.

How to fix it
Change the title or thumbnail so it matches what the video shows, or add the promised content early in the video.
Good to know
Be strictest with breaking news, current events, elections and politics ('X resigned', 'X arrested'). Exaggerated but true titles ('I tried the hardest workout') are NOT this.
Can FYProof spot it?
A full check of your video looks for it in what's shown, what's said, the words on screen and the caption. What a check finds is an estimate, not a guarantee.
