“We prohibit promoting, distributing, or sharing pornographic content, including unsolicited sexual imagery (such as cyberflashing), sharing non-consensual intimate imagery, or engaging in sextortion.”

How to fix it
Remove the explicit or non-consensual material.
Good to know
Explicit sexual acts, exposed genitals in a sexual context, or intimate images of someone who did not agree to share them. Breastfeeding and non-sexual nudity are allowed in private Stories but never recommended (see “Any nudity, even artistic or AI-made”).
