What triggers it
Glorifying, supporting or representing designated terrorist, hate or criminal organizations, their leaders, violent events (terror attacks, mass shootings, hate crimes) or perpetrators; showing their symbols, flags or propaganda without clear neutral or condemning context.
What Instagram says
“If a user's intention is ambiguous or unclear, we default to removing content.”

How to fix it
State news, educational or condemning context in the caption and voiceover, or cut the symbols and footage.
Good to know
Flags, insignia, manifestos, attack footage, shooter names with praise. News, education and condemnation are allowed only when the intent is stated; captionless or joking references to Tier 1 entities can be removed.
