What triggers it
Personal admissions of self-injury or eating disorders, vague suicidal statements or memes presenting death as an escape (in a suicide/self-injury context), healed cuts or non-graphic self-injury imagery and body-part imagery in a recovery context.
What Facebook says
“Content that depicts older instances of self-injury such as healed cuts or other non-graphic self-injury imagery in a self-injury, suicide or recovery context”

How to fix it
Keep scars out of frame if they are not the point, and avoid 'I want to die' jokes. Recovery stories can stay but will reach fewer people.
Good to know
Healed scars in frame and recovery body imagery get a warning screen plus 18+.
Can FYProof spot it?
A full check of your video looks for it in what's shown, what's said, the words on screen and the caption. What a check finds is an estimate, not a guarantee.
