What triggers it
Buying, selling, trading or gifting high-risk drugs (cocaine, fentanyl, heroin) or non-medical drugs, admitting to personal use without a recovery context, speaking positively about or giving instructions for them, drug paraphernalia sales, private sales of prescription drugs or cannabis.
What Facebook says
“Attempts to buy, sell, trade, co-ordinate the trade of, donate, gift or ask for high-risk drugs.”

Remove sale language and positive use content; frame drug content as education, news or recovery.
Good to know
Look for menus, prices, 'plug' or 'DM to order' language, drug emoji codes next to contact info, and use-at-a-party footage framed positively. Harm-reduction, news, recovery, and debating legality are allowed.
