Who sees your video
You, from your account. Other users can't. To check a video we send pictures and sound from it to the companies on our subprocessors list, who handle it for us and nothing else. Our admin opens a video or report only for abuse or safety problems, a support request you made, fixing a problem with the site or a legal duty, and every look is logged (Privacy Policy, section 4). We never post it anywhere and never sell it.
How long we keep it
We delete your video, and the pictures and sound taken from it, 72 hours after the check. The report stays until you delete it. Deleted things can stay in our backups for up to 30 days before they're gone for good.
Deleting things
- One video and its report: open it and press Delete this video.
- A copy of your data: on your account page, press Download my data. The download appears there when it's ready.
- Your whole account: on your account page, press Delete my account. This deletes your videos and reports too, and can't be undone.
